"First time staying in Ibague and the hotel Sonesta did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially nice with my limited Spanish). Room was clean and quiet and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was included and had a variety of offerings, and the food quality was quite good. Hotel is attached to a shopping mall with plenty of options for shopping or eating. Spa services were a good value, and the neighborhood felt safe and secure. Rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sauna were...

"Cheap...Elegant. The best hotel without having to elaborate."

"Very welcoming upon arrival, great customer service and pretty good buffet style breakfast."

Next morning still no hot water. We had plans and had to leave at 9am after a cold shower. Room service carries an extra $4 USD charge, and on top...
