"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"The pictures of the apartment and apartment complex were accurate. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The apartment complex and pools were also very well maintained. Excellent location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Check-in was difficult. We had to search for the lobby attendant and had to get residents and security involved. Other than that, our stay was excellent and would highly recommend this apartment."

"I had an amazing experience! The people here truly made the trip unforgettable. A huge shoutout to Johan, the leader of the cooks. He’s an awesome guy who was always helpful, welcoming, and a pleasure to talk to. All of the dancers were incredible, but I especially want to recognize Hercules, Chocolate, Iris, and El Pequeño. They brought amazing energy every single day, kept the conversations going, taught us how to dance, and made everyone feel included. Their enthusiasm from morning until night made my experience so much better. I also want to give a special mention to the ballerina dancers Will and Hueso. They were always friendly, fun to interact with, and added even more to the overall experience. Thank you all for making this such a memorable trip. I can’t wait to come back!"

"If you are looking for an all inclusive resort without all the hassle and pain points then this place is for you. There was enough happening for you to be busy if you want to, but the place was wonderful. The buildings are smaller than usual with the tallest building being 5 floors for the family suites on the preferred side accommodations. All was a place that I will visit again with my family and not afraid of recommending."

"The hotel is great. Rooms (I had 2) were big and spacious. Bathroom (my room) was súper little and very unconfortable position of the toilet. Actually it was hard to find because the name of the hotel and the location doesn’t Match. This is la romana cernter but the real name is hotel Frano. We found it because of the pics in the reservation not because of the address. Besides that everything was good."
