"Location Location Location! It was perfectly situated where I needed to be! Visited my grandma for her 92nd birthday who was in local nursing home. But she's lived in TV for 27 yesrs prior. So, I know location is everything. Overall the rooms worked well. Kinda tough in one room with bunk beds for adults, but this home is also active with home owner. But it worked. The access to golf cart is a major plus, we didn’t use it because it was a quick stay. But definitely a plus if I was staying...

"There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. Would stay again if I am ever in the area."

This house is close to Mount Dora in a safe neighborhood and the pool was awesome in the Florida heat. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. "We had a great stay. The unit is attached to the owners home but we had plenty of privacy! The home was clean and beds were comfortable. The bird feeders brought constant birds into the serene back yard. My fiance enjoyed his time on the lake. He went out every single day and caught over 60 fish during our stay. This was the perfect location to mount Dora and the owner was responsive and helpful."
