"Location Location Location! It was perfectly situated where I needed to be! Visited my grandma for her 92nd birthday who was in local nursing home. But she's lived in TV for 27 yesrs prior. So, I know location is everything. Overall the rooms worked well. Kinda tough in one room with bunk beds for adults, but this home is also active with home owner. But it worked. "My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible.
