"MY Place is located in a rather pedestrian neighborhood in Hamburg, but once one arrives at the hotel, the situation changes dramatically. The hotel, while quite small, is very handsomely appointed, esp. the room that I stayed in which had a lovely color combination for bed, curtains, etc. Yes, the lack of an elevator could be a problem. "This property is pretty good for the value. I really like the easy check-in and -out. It's a 15 minute metro bus ride from the Hamburg Central Station. And the bus stops right outside the hotel (a plus). I didn't find this inconvenient (this is coming from a person who likes to walk everywhere. FYI, it takes about 30 minutes to walk.
