The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were very varied and well prepared. Also, we unfortunately discovered that we had left some items at the hotel when we got home. We contacted the hotel, and the front office staff were really helpful. They looked into the matter, found the items, and notified us. It was such a relief, and their great service much appreciated. "I regularly stay in Coppid Beech for work as the staff are always very welcoming from the front desk through to the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. The gym facilities are extremely dated but do the job they are there to do. I’ve not used the wet facilities when on site as it’s normally quite busy. The room was excellently presented and bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were suitable for my needs. The iron for the room I used wasn’t brilliant but I could blame my technique as much as the apparatus itself. "
