For the most part the stay was fine. Staff was very helpfull and pleasant to deal with. Very disappointed that the pool had been out of order and has been for some time. I feel like that should be updated on the website.

Clean and neat room. 1 window had a bent frame on the outside but no problem since I was on the 2nd floor. The room could use a little updating but did not affect my stay. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. I slept well

The room was very nice, breakfast was the usual ample amount with enough variety to satisfy most people. However, we chose Comfort Inn to use the pool, and it was unavailable because of maintenance or repair. I was very disappointed.

The room was comfortable and clean but no freezer section in the refrigerator. Coffee at the front desk was lukewarm and the swimming pool was out of service. Breakfast was the same thing every day (eggs and sausage, waffle, cereal, bagels, and yogurt) but Sunday was only biscuits and gravy with sausage.

While the staff were extremely friendly and nice, the hotel did not have a functioning swimming pool and we were told hadn’t had one for six months. That was a big disappointment. They also couldn’t explain how to connect to the WiFi. The hotel is basic. Given the lack of a pool I doubt I would stay there again.

When we walked the young lady that was at the front desk was slumped over the chair asleep. We woke her up. Then it took forever to get checked in and the girl was not very friendly. But our checkout experience was great. The woman there was very courteous and we was checked out very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean
