"El personal es muy colaborador y amable. Estuve contento de hallar en mi cuarto una mesita que me sirvió de escritorio, lo que no había en mi habitación en febrero. Aprecio el aislamiento fónico que limita la entrada de los ruidos exteriores, y las batas muy abrigadas. Cama confortable. Excelente atención 1) en el restaurante, en particular de Fabiola, Viviana, Luis y Carlos, siempre con una sonrisa. 2) en la recepción, con Randy, Kenia y Jonathan. La música queda fuerte y no relajante, pero tengo que resignarme, porque en prácticamente todos los lugares (hoteles, restaurantes y almacenes, hay esa música agitada, salvo en los restaurantes de alta gama. Regresaré con gusto en enero de 2027, para quedarme con gusto varios días con mi esposa."

"The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."

"Massive room which was perfectly clean. Great location, handy to the airport. In the grounds of the hotel there are a number of shops and an excellent outdoor area which had comfortable seating, nice music and lots of really good quality food trucks offering everything from Thai to Indian to Cuban and more. Highly recommended for a relaxing evening with good food. Breakfast at AC is great but make sure you book with your room as it’s very expensive to pay at breakfast. Around £30 per person but rebooking with room was around £11. Great selection and the staff in the restaurant were excellent too."
