The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.

It was great! Was able to use my debit card which must hotels donāt allow and I do not have a credit card. The only negative was the drinks were a little more than Iād like to pay.

Prior to booking I called to clarify the shuttle issue that I had read in the reviews. Spoke w Sam, who was pleasant and assured me the issue had been fixed. Upon checking in I met Sam who was amazing w a quick checkin, upper floor room request and several suggestions on where to eat and more importantly where to have my car tire looked at. The property is EASY to find. GPS brought me right here. Convenient location, close to Highway, restaurants and shopping. My room was fantastic. Clean,...

Honestly we checked in about 4:30 and the front desk was worried, our room wasnāt ready they only had 2 housekeeping staff and told me they didnāt know when we would be able to get in our room. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room to a king suite so we could get in right away. Very professional and eager to make it right. The next morning we went to breakfast and you could tell the young guy was the only one working. He was trying to clean tables and refill everything and a little...

Very little to complain about. Checkin was quick and easy, the property and the room was clean. Only minor complaint was that the individual hotel room doors slammed shut very loudly. Just a little disturbing at 5-6am when other guests are coming and going. Otherwise, a very pleasant hotel.
