"Overall nice hotel for the price, convenient location right next to the train station. Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was pretty good. There is no door to the bathroom. I feel like there should be doors for privacy. Also, the internet connection was almost non existent."

"Highly highly highly recommend - staff was super friendly and from check-in I was immediately offered refreshments after a long day of travel. Location is also conveniently a 5 min walk from the metro and has so many things to explore in the neighbourhood (including the restaurant downstairs which I also really liked!). Even the details - honey packets, oat milk creamers, the welcome card, le labo toiletries, and the speaker in the room. Felt very well taken care of during my stay."

"We stayed for 8 nights recently at Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna. The positives: Excellent location, with a less than 5 minute walk to the Vienna HBF. As we travelled extensively while having Vienna as our base, the location was excellent. There were also several supermarkets close by, saving us time and effort having to walk a lot to get our groceries. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious by European standards. The drawbacks: There was no in-room iron. Apparently, there is only 1 iron per floor, so if someone in your floor borrowed the iron, you have to wait until that person finishes and returns the iron. This was rather inconvenient. There are also only 3 washing machines/dryers for the whole apartment complex with 135 apartments. As a result, we had to stay up late in the night to get out washing done. The kitchen area (bench top space) in the apartment is also very small- not ideal for 'real' cooking. You can just about heat a can of baked beans and fry some sausages. The kitchen pack that we paid an extra E25 did not contain basic cooking equipment such as a peeler/grater, teaspoons. So, although we planned to cook our meals during our stay, we ended up eating out most days."

"This is the second time I stay here, I love the location and ease to move around next to the train station, Favoriten, Belvedere Castle, and so on. The check in is made by the guests, and the system didn't find my reservation, but there was a girl from the staff who kindly helped me. The stay was OK, just the shower space always overfloods the overall bathroom area, which makes the floormat always wet. Cleaning staff entered my room shortly after my check in and moved things around, which I didn't like much, I also had a mug that the staff lend me for my medicines, and tea, and the cleaning staff removed it, it wasn't even time to clean the room (shortly after someone checks in). It was a smooth stay, and I love the light that comes into the rooms."

"Enjoyed my stay at this property. Staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The station is right next to the main train station in Vienna so it is a good options if you want to travel to other nearby cities or countries. Would stay again."
