"This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"

"Beautiful hotel and nice staff. I do have one complain that I hope the hotel can improve on We came back late at night and tried to take a shower around 11 pm. There was no hot water and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It turned out that the hotel turned the hot water off. I got very cold. It is not good at a city with 3700 meter elevation."

"Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! We liked the fact that we had a safe place to stay without having to rush the trip and try to see everything in one day. Did Tiwanaku and museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two. We walked around and ate at a restaurant in town, great food and the locals were very friendly. We speak no spanish but had no...

"Great views over the lake, spacious rooms and Alpacas roaming the grounds. We had a nice stay, the rooms can be little cold as the window seals aren’t great (we were there on a windy night). It is a little further from town than I expected but a taxi to the Main Street is only 10 Bolivianos. Staff were friendly and provided detailed info about the area. "
