"This hotel was a bit disapointing. The room price was on the higher end and the room did not reflect that. It was very dated, everything was very worn out, the staff was not very helpful and you have to do check-in by yourself even though the staff is there. We had bought the breakfast as an extra but it was so disapointing, only a choise of either coffee OR juice and one main which were all very small plates (one of the options was even a small glass of yogurt) which is ridiculous as it was...

"Front desk people were not at all welcoming and helpful. Especially the two gentlemen.I paid almost $400 for a single night for the room. Their behaviour will make me think twice before I book this hotel again. Location and amenities were okay/good."

"Great location to downtown core and river walk. Rooms are modest in size but in line with city hotel. The bed was extra firm, not terribly comfortable, and air conditioner runs nonstop and is quite noisy. Overall a decent experience for a fair price on a holiday weekend when the city was bustling with visitors."
