"We didn’t have high expectations from this place.
Check in person wasn’t speaking English but was very helpful.
Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The common area and specially the restrooms and showers were not very clean.
Location is in a middle of nowhere.
The price was super high due to the Euro 24 championship.
Ok stay but we will probably not stay there again. "

"I go there so often , when ever I visit Essen , the last check in room number #260 the bed are not comfortable,
it seam to be over used and has slope in the middle because for sure over used and getting old ( Need to be replaced) since I feels the Spring metal touching my back when I was trying to have sleep .
Was not a comfortable night at all"

"Overall, a great hotel, and the convenience of being so close to Velites Arena was worth the stay.
However, they did not have blackout curtains as advertised, or at least not enough. It seemed they only had 3 panels when it should have been at least 4. Paid for it with my toddler not sleeping as long as he needed to…"
