"This hotel was in the perfect location for our trip. We had a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and went to Universal for Horror Nights. It is very close to the Metro station and we were able to use that for both of those plans. All staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. The pool is also amazing here and very useful on the nearly 100 degree week we visited. There is plenty of shade in the pool area and equipped with towels. The only weird thing was the TV channels, very odd selection, however we were able to use the Google cast to play our own shows."

"The front desk staff were all very helpful during my stay. I arrived from the airport earlier then check in time. I was able to pre-check in and leave my luggage with them, which they gave me a ticket to be able to retrieve it later when I arrived again. I was stunned when I first entered the room. It was completely gorgeous and felt very comfortable yet luxurious. The bathroom was very clean and big with all the amenities I might need for my stay. There was a fridge but no microwave. There was a safe but we didnt use it. I went with my partner and I wished there was more than 1 lounge chair and 1 desk chair to sit on other than the bed but we made it work for the few days we were there. The pool on the rooftop was big, luxurious and clean. I wished there was pool drink service, though, however. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. The service was great, I went for my birthday dinner and they gave me a really nice personalized dessert. The server was very helpful with any question I had about the menu. I enjoyed Denae's Diner very much. We went for a breakfast and a lunch. Both times the food was great, especially the lunch menu. The hotel was extremely nice to stay at, I enjoyed my time very much. I would definitely consider coming back to The Delphi on my next stay in LA."

"Everything was fine but the hotel slippers were dirty/used and put away in the robe pockets in the closet - I told the front desk and they apologized but makes you wonder how well everything else was checked and cleaned in the room before my arrival."
