"I was a little concerned looking at other reviews but honestly, this hotel was Lovely, clean and really comfortable. Very central and staff so helpful. Yes, there are some areas that are a little worn but unless you are really picky, I’m not sure they are enough to cause any concern. Priority for me is cleanliness, which it was, nice team members, which they were and comfortable room for great night sleep. Shower was brilliant and have no complaints at all. Keep on doing all you are doing. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back."

"Hotel main areas were well kept. Bedroom was a little tired, and needs tidying up/ updating. Breakfast was really good, so was the evening meal. Cost for the room was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking cost £10 a night. Question would be would we stay again, the answer is yes."

"Lovely hotel in a brilliant position righton sea frontand next to train station if youwantto go out and about, pools are superb, all staff very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful, hotel has a super round bar and is very reasonably priced. We have stayed here lots of times and have never been disappointed."

"Excellent cosy and clean room. Very nice bed, good small coffie machine in room. Very nice pleasant smelling cosmetics in bathroom. We had really relaxing stay. Breakfast- a bit basic, full English, cooked buffet, plus cerals selection. Basic but really good and tasty. Breathtaking view from 8th floor bar/restaurant where the breakfast is served."

"We had a room overlooking the sea, but there was only one chair to sit on to have a cup of tea sitting by the window. The door was very strong and was difficult to get the wheelchair in. A hook to hold it back would be useful. The breakfast was excellent. You are quite a way away from the town, but buses are frequent. Dinner is quite expensive in the dining room. Fabric napkins would be nice in the evenings. Staff are all very well trained"

"The hotel met my expectations. Clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Request a room at the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor to ensure no noise from the road. I am a light sleeper I did hear my neighbour coughing in the morning but it wasnt to early. The Bistro/Bar located next to the hotel was very nice, I didnt eat in the evening bit it was very popular with locals and travellers. The breakfast the next day was exceptional!!!! The choice was excellent and all good quality food - well done to the Chef and team!!!!"
