"I felt at home immediately, and it`s seems bigger than on the pictures, very comfy bed and two bathrooms/shower with toilet. Kitchen was fully equiped. I found lots of goodies - herbs, tea, coffee shampoo,bodylotion etc.. But bring your own repellent the outdoor pool attractive for mosquitos. Very nice sitting area outside to relax and enjoy the pool. Vivi offered a shuttle servis from the parkinglot to the house, a steep 100 m walk. She drove my luggage with her Mini up to the house. "My husband & I and two other couples stayed at Penelope Home for 5 nights. The home is located about halfway between the 2 airports on Crete. (About an hour each direction) We liked the central location and enjoyed hikes, caves, the beach and other activities. The suggestions for restaurants and bakeries by our host were spot on.
