"When David built this basement apartment, he did not spare expense. The design and the quality of materials, fixtures and appliances is top notch. Not to mention the top of the line Sony projector, movie screen and surround sound. It feels like you are in a theater. Of course now we are spoiled at home with our puny big screen LOL. We will definitely stay there again."

"The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! "The location of the rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities. My spouse and I were in Oregon for a work trip combined with a house hunting trip. There were a number of downsides to the periphery personally - only 1 fan and an air purifier while it was 80+ degrees outside, a number of the lights either had burned out bulbs or no bulbs at all, and the washer did not work properly.
