"We don’t normally travel to Portugal in April but we needed a break after a harsh winter. The villa was situated in a lovely, quiet setting but also within walking distance of the golf Club and the Praça. It was lovingly and comfortably furnished and it felt like staying in a friend’s home. Having the pool, the terrace and the garden meant that each member of the family could find their own personal oasis to relax, sunbathe or work. We hope to return again as it was definitely the loveliest...

"My family, friends and I had the most wonderful holiday at Casa Alfarrobeira. The property is beautifully designed and presented and everything that was needed for our stay was available. "Villa perfect and great size for 6 people. Walk to marina about 25 mins and 15 to the supermarket which is fine however feels long way uphill in 30 degree heat ! Pool good size and perfect temperature. In lovely cul-de-sac however barking dogs were a bit annoying when they all start each other off. Would return."

"We enjoyed our 3 weeks in Vale do Lobo. The property has wonderful views of the ocean from the rooftop, great for morning coffee and sunsets. The location could not be better, just a few minute walk to the beach and to the main clubhouse. The townhome had everything we needed for our stay, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The lower two bedrooms are a bit on the smaller side of you were to have adult guests but would be perfect for a family."

"The villa and grounds were great, the local host was fantastic, very helpful. One of the best villas we have stayed in, lovely grounds and large pool, having a nearly 3 year old with us the trees and shade in parts of the garden worked a treat. Shopping was nearby a 15 min walk, local Uber were great and cheap. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"We stayed in this lovely villa with our now grown up family, having previously stayed in the villa next door several years ago. This villa has been very well modernised and has everything you could want for a holiday in the sun including sufficient comfortable outdoor furniture and well maintained swimming pool. A short 2 minute walk away is the lovely area of the Old Village which has a couple of lovely eateries and bars and a well stocked supermarket. Just perfect for our needs."
