This wonderful property with a private pool, surrounded by gardens and beautiful countryside views, is the ideal place to spend a family holiday.The house has 4 bedrooms and benefits from Wi-Fi access and air conditioning in all units. Three double rooms with private bathrooms are located on the first floor, with balconies offering wonderful views of the surrounding area. The last twin room with a private bathroom is on the ground floor, along with an additional guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals, and a bright and spacious living/dining room with comfortable seating, television and direct access to the stunning terrace overlooking the pool.In the outdoor area, you can enjoy meals or drinks with a view of the large private pool and beautiful gardens, with an impressive traditional Algarvian barbecue available for outdoor meal preparation. There are many sun loungers to enjoy the sun between refreshing pool dips.Villa Tulum is ideal for couples and families and is just a few minutes by car from a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, some of the best golf courses in the region and the beautiful beaches of Vale do Lobo and Praia do Ancão, to name a few.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.The 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
