"Foi o pior hotel que fui na minha vida, por um erro ou do hotel.com ou do hotel colocaram o check in 24 hs entende-se que vc pode chegar a qualquer momento, chegou eu algumas horas antes o rapaz bem atencioso e informar que o check in e 14, mostrei pra ele o aplicativo da reserva, ele disse que não teria problema e que poderíamos entrar por que existia quarto disponível. No dia seguinte a gerente super grossa, sem estrutura nenhuma para esta no cargo que a mesma tem, chamou 2 policias informando...
