"For as busy as the area is, its actually ver quiet inside and out. Pets are allowed, thats great, staff is friendly. Just has an overall feeling of peace to relax"

"This house is as advertised. You will not be disappointed. The owner has has thought of everything...fishing rods and tackle, bikes, kayaks, beach gear, coolers, etc. The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Cant say enough good things about this place."
"We had a great stay at this property. Our family was in Punta Gorda for an event, and the home had everything that we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, beds, televisions, etc. Location is outstanding, and is great for golfers. Communication was excellent — the owner was quite responsive, and did a great job of welcoming us. Can’t say enough good things about it — we will definitely come back!"

"The house was close to the airport and that helped because our flight landed after midnight. The bedrooms gave everyone their own space. We ordered food from Walmart before we left our home and picked it up the next morning. Walmart is close and easy to find. We enjoyed the new gas grill and ate most of our meals in. Every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen was labeled to hep us find everything. The house was centrally locate and we took day trips to Sanibel/Captiva and Gasparilla Islands and each was about an hour from the house. The pool was so relaxing and we used it most days. There were pool floats for everyone to use. The owner thought of everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation!"
