"Fue la más Orrible experirncia que he tenido en toda mi vida la falta de respeto de parte de la recepcionista, la morena una falta de respeto grosera atrevida, llegamos muy normal nos residenciamos como cualquier turista el día de salida nos tocaba salir pero me dieron una mala información me fui a trabajar y cdo regresé me habían sacado las cosas fui y pregunté xq xq nunca recibí llamada de ellos y estaba una morena dominicana falta de respeto agresiva mal hablada que no dejaba ni que yo hablara me ofendió xq yo le pedía una explicación osea salí de allí como que fuera una mala persona jamás había tenido una mala experiencia como esa fue Orrible me sentí Orrible y sin necesidad xq no tenemos necesidad de eso"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and the tables at the pool area. The housekeeping staff were amazing! If we are ever in Florida again, we would definitely stay here!"

"A beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Very nicely appointed kitchenwith everything we needed. Comfortable sitting area for watching tv. The bed in the master was very comfortable. With a screened in porch and swimming pool areas that were perfect for sitting outside any time of the day. Jeff was wonderfully responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay at this property again!"

"We travel to this area once a month and have stayed at various hotels in Ft. Myers. Howard Johnson's has become our place to stay. Amanda at the front desk friendly and gets us checked in quickly. The room is clean and we're able to park in front of our door."

"I never stayed at a hotel that didnt give any kind of service to the customer. No towels unless you return the dirty ones back to the front desk. Also only one person was working. The front desk closes at night and noone was around til 9:00 am. So if u need something you had to call the man at his home to come give you what you need. If you want to change your sheets you had to take them off the bed and bring them down to them. Insane. No room service..no repairman to fix anything that is broken. We changed our room 3times.The first room had water pouring out the bottom of the air-conditioner. Second room the toilet wouldnt flush. The bathtub fixture came off. It goes on and on. Terrible experience. "
