"Stayed over two nights for a concert at Co-op Live. Friendly staff. Nice room with newish fittings. Comfortable (very firm) bed. Good bathroom and shower. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the price. Decent bar. Still a bit noisy in the room even with the window shut due to the roadside location. Communal decor a bit dated but can't complain for the price."

"We went with friends. Had a great time in buxton. The hotel is very grand looking. Love the oldie worldie look. Breakfast was good. If I had one thing to say I would say the bedroom was slightly tired looking. But we was hardly in it, but if we were staying longer I would have liked it a bit better. Pretty basic. But overall we would definitely stay here again. Great location. "
