"The hotel's location was important as we were going to a concert at Co op live. Free parking and breakfast included also high priority. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was roomy and comfortable for our overnight stay. However, noise from the upstairs room (guests just walking round/across their room) was very off putting. "Honestly if I could give it more that 5 stars I would! The staff are AMAZING! They really could not of been more accommodating to make our over night stay run smoothly. They were able to give us late check out last minute and it saved us soo much hassle in our trip."
