"The coffee is terrible. It’s made with a Keurig machine which you have to prepare yourself. Has the customary package of 2 packets of regular sugar, 2 packets of generic Sweet and lLow, and 2 packets of knock off powdered cream!!AND has the nerve to cost $6.50 per cup!!! This is absolutely wrong! The ambiance and room amenities were fine. Had a hiccup on the last day. Housekeeping partially cleaned our room, left no towels and did not makeup the bed. Minor inconveniences, but irritating. Overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 "

"The room was clean, the common areas were very much not. The biggest disappointment was the shuttle. We took it to the arena and discussed with the driver the pick up point and time. At pick up the shuttle was nowhere to be found. several guests were stranded in the cold. I had to take a 60 uber."

"Was offered a late checkout, when I accepted that offer, literally 1 minute later, I was informed that offer was not available. THEN WHY MAKE THE OFFER? Arrived, at 3:30pm, to a full lobby of obviously frustrated people. Was asked if I had received a phone call from the property, I had not. Was then informed that rooms were not ready. This is after I unloaded my car and brought all my stuff in. I'd have gladly driven around and seen some sights if someone would have informed me. I'll never stay here again."
