"This small and modern property offers squeaky clean, comfortable accommodation right on the water. Boat -watching and peaceful well-tended gardens make for a relaxing stay. The rooms have high ceilings, a large desk, huge tiled shower, a kitchenette and chairs which can be used outside on the covered deck. It is very convenient to have coffee, a drink or a meal steps away at Wrecker’s. The staff there are really great. "

"We loved our stay in the Seaglass Cottage. It was clean and appropriately stocked. Beds were comfy. Conveniently located on Spanish Wells and Russell Island. Golf cart was a nice plus to get around the islands. April was a fantastic hostess and booked our taxis for arrival and departures. She was readily available to answer any questions too."

"Everything we needed was there! The houses are so pretty, intimate and ocean front! The location is amazing! Paddle boards to get around in the ocean...where all the sea life shoes up! "This property is amazing! They thought of everything from beach shoes, towels,coolers, toiletries, in the house. The little beach area out back and the sea view is breathtaking my son git married there. Everything is a ahort ride on golf cart. Very Beautiful. Tracy the homeowner is 100% helpful and was very responsive to messages we even talked on the phone several times as she help make sure we had everything we needed for our son's wedding set up even got us a reservation at the beach...

"Everything we needed and wanted. Lots of room to socialize or have quiet time. Close to the beach , food, drink and shopping. Sanctuary cottage is someplace that we plan on taking our entire family again. Did I mention we had a back yard paradise as well, full bath with windows opening into the garden and a pool. We hosted a family luncheon with 13 people and did not need to purchase anything but the food and some of that what caught by those who decided to fish or go Welking. Thank you Rachel."

"Very nice, comfortable, beautiful home. Perk having golf cart included. Many water toys available plus beach chairs and beach towels. Take body wash and shampoo with you. Free pickup from the ferry to your unit upon arrival. But there is a sizable fee if you need a ride to the ferry when leaving the unit, so you may want to inquire on that upon booking."
