The only downside was that the receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very welcoming, which left a less-than-great first impression. "Location, Location, Location! Located just 6 blocks from Roma Termini, The Hive Hotel is very convenient if you’re traveling by train to other cities like we were. It’s also close to the first two stops for the Big Bus Hop On/Off stops: Roma Termini and Basilica de Santa Maria Maggiore. This modern hotel with a rooftop restaurant and bar made for the perfect first night in Italy as we begin our vacation. Dinner was delicious and wine list was superb.
