"A basic but very clean and comfortable hotel. The lady on reception obviously loves her job, she was so friendly and helpful. McDonald's is next door for food. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a message to management, give that receptionist a pay rise!"

"The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside. the lady who staffed the breakfast serving was so patient and smiley giving terrific customer service. "We booked the hotel when air traffic control issues led to our flight from a different airport being cancelled. The property was clean, comfortable and very close to East Midlands Airport. We had a very early flight so the location was key. "

"Amazing hotel. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely and parking was a great discounted price and plenty of spaces."

"We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared the plates quickly and refreshed all the food in good time. Probably the best service I've seen at breakfast. Only other small gripe was the child's pool times, extremely restricted, so please check this if your going with children and have a busy schedule. We would certainly return to the hotel."
