Highly recommend hiking around the plantations in Shizhuo, and trying as much tea as possible. We didn't make it up to the Alishan National Scenic Area, but the hiking around the B&B was amazing.

"There are lots of steps to climb, even get to the main office to check in. I had to take my case and bags with me to walk along all stairs ( no elevator), this would be hard for seniors and people with disabilities.
