"Only stayed two nights but enjoyed and is in a good position for the centre didn’t get to use the facilities so can’t comment but would go back"

"The Hotel is perfectly located for a city break. It is accessible to everything needed , restaurants , shops or a beach walk. We stayed in the premium rooms which were extremely comfortable & clean. The pool & sunbathing areas are well maintained & clean. We opted for the breakfast option which was plentiful with a good variety. The staff were very helpful. I would definately return again. "

"Just returned from a short break in Alicante. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city. Unfortunately the Top "chill" floor was under renovation, so the high rise bar was out of service. We were still able to access and take in the fantastic view of the Santa Barbara castle. The most commendable part of the stay, are the staff. The reception staff were always, pleasant and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the 3 that interacted with. From restaurant recommendations and city guides through to researching and booking a wine tasting and tapas event. 10 out of 10"

"They tried to charge me again for my stay, though I had paid in advance. They were very persistent - this went on for half an hour. They didnt even apologise when they realised their mistake (or trying to scam). Towels were never changed. Over a nightclub and very noisy at night. Location is central which is a positive"
