The Expedia description of the property I booked stated to have a king size bed, but the bed turned out to be smaller than a queen. I complained to the hotel agent, and she told me that the hotel does not have any king size beds on site: Deceptive advertisement to attract bookings. I'm a disappointed customer.

I had to book a hotel last minute due to weather delaying my flight to another part of Spain. Orbitz let me book this last minute, non refundable, then later after reading further I see that I have to call the property 72 hours prior to check in to arrange check in because no one is available at the property 24/7. No one from the property answered my call after booking. I am currently fighting with Orbitz to get my money back. Only book here if you know you have a lot of time to arrange the logistics

Great location and comfortable hotel.
Really great location and friendly staff. Only qualm was that water leaked on to bathroom floor from under the shower, but other than that could not fault it. Staff were all really friendly and helpful! Good service.

very pleasant apartment, need hooks for drying bath towels, and an extra sitting chair in living room would have been great Very clean, great location, and very helpful staff. Bathroom was great! We would definitely stay here again

What a wonderful place to stay. Check in was a little confusing (it’s at a nearby hotel) but otherwise what a beautiful apartment with a fabulous shower and toiletries. The location was also excellent for my visit to Alicante . I highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. The check in was simple, just up the street. The room was in a secure location. Stocked with towels and amenities. The beds were comfortable. i loved the rain shower. The area was safe and the price was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Great Location
Lovely apartment and very central. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Liked being able to have drinks on the small balcony even though it was only March. Great choice of restaurants right along the street.

Great modern apartment situated inside an old building in keeping with the historic district of Alicante. The staff at the Eurostars Portico hotel, where you check-in but about 100 meters from the apartment block, were exceptionally helpful, kind and always willing to help - especially Tiana.
