"They only reason ranking it over all good rather than excellent after I checked out is because when I checked in the night before, I was told there is a shuttle every hour on the hour. However when I went down to catch the shuttle the next day to go back to the airport, I was told the shuttle is under maintenance and wouldn't be running until 2:00 p.m! I had to take an Uber to the airport which was more expensive than the shuttle."

Second room was better but bed blankets had cigarette burns. The sheets were old with stains. We got some more fresh sheets but these were still the same with stains on them.
