That said, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. We paid about $900+ for a two-night stay, so I expected it to be in much better shape. "Very convenient since we went to a concert and the intuit dome! Easy 2 min walk straight from your room. Valet Parking is a 1 time payment and then you’re free to come and go but it’s super worth it. Food at the bar & restaurant are kind of overpriced for what you’re getting, but the hotel stay and rooms accommodated us very well. I would stay here again with how convenient the whole stay was."

"Front desk agent was not helpful, not friendly, dry and gave wrong information about room location. Hotel needs to add or locate bell cart better especially on a Sunday morning,3 carts does not cut it. Rooftop bar should always have room for hotel guests regardless of event and not made to wait a hopeful 30 minutes. Everything else about this hotel is amazing."
