"The property was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as presented, the only issue was the lack of hot water. We were advised ahead of time that it wasn’t working and would be fixed by the morning after check in, unfortunately the repair service did not follow thru. The hosts were 100% upfront about what was happening and very apologetic, they even refunded us for a day of our stay. Luckily the weather was warm enough that the hot tub was still useable (and gorgeous!) without the boiler working because it’s salt water. Despite the inconvenience I do plan on booking here again for a winter getaway - the hosts are lovely and quick to reach out if there are issues, communication was the best I’ve ever had on a stay like this and the property is absolutely beautiful!"
