Villa was great, in a quiet location so a real chill out.

Pros: The pool, tranquil surroundings. Central on the island for everything so great location. Cons: Nothing we didn’t enjoy! We enjoyed everything!

Hübsches Haus für ein paar ruhige Tage mit der Familie

Das Haus ist modern renoviert und bietet alles, was es braucht. Für 5-6-köpfige Familien oder 3 Paare. Man kann im Wohnzimmer auf er Couch schlafen aber schöner für alle ist es, wenn man die Zimmer nutzt. Der Pool ist in der Größe und Machart wirklich sehr schön. Der Besitzer Toni (das ist nicht der Vermittler und auch nicht FEWO) kümmert sich um den Pool und kommt daher regelmäßig. Am besten mit Ihm die Handynummer austauschen, dann kann man die Zeiten leicht organisieren und es stört dann nicht den familiären Ablauf. Er spricht leider nur spanisch und eben die paar Wörter per Whats App auf Englisch, die für die Verabredung nötig sind. Für Einkäufe im größeren Still sollte man nach Inca oder Palma fahren - beides ca. 20-30 min entfernt. Strände kann man sich eigentlich aussuchen. Man muss hier dann allerdings 30-40 min. Fahrzeit einrechnen und es lohnt sich die Strände einmal bei Google anzusehen - es gibt diese oft als Bewertungen, wenn man die aktuellen wählt, sieht man gleich ob dort gerade Algen-plage ist oder nicht. Zu anderen Bewertungen: Kaffeemaschine: Eine Kaffeemaschine wurde nun angeschafft, Filter braucht man für diese aber nicht (Dauerfilter). Fluglärm: Die Flieger kommen im Westen runter und sind durch den häufigen Wind aus Osten (Llevant) in unserer Zeit praktisch nicht zu hören gewesen. Hunde: Eine Hundezucht gibt es nicht. Das Haus ist im Ort - ja es gibt da Hunde aber keinen permanenten Lärm. Danke Toni!

Sehr schöne Finca, leider mit Nebengeräuschen

Pros: Die Finca war in einem sehr schönen, sauberen und neuen Zustand. Ausreichend Platz in den Schlafzimmer, auch wie ausgewiesen mit sehr funktionellen Klimaanlagen. Die Küche ein großer Raum der Begegnung. Sehr modern und schick. Der Pool sauber ausreichend groß und mit Liegelandschaft bestückt. Eine Liege mehr wäre schön gewesen. Der Hausbesitzer war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann auch ohne Deutschkenntisse hat man sich verständigen können. Ein sehr netter, kompetenter Vermittler war stets erreichbarer Ansprechpartner für uns und hat alle Wünsche weitergeleitet und uns gut betreut. Dafür herzlichen Dank Emiel 👍 Cons: Leider lag diese schöne Finca sehr an nahegelegenen Häuser. Das Hundegebell den gesamten Tag und am Abend war kaum zu ertragen war leider sehr unschön. Da war die Einflugschneise nix dagegen. Was die Ausstattung anbelangt, wären normale Messer schön. Und !! Eine gaaaanz normale Kaffeemaschine. Es gab einen Kaffeesiebträgermaschine für jeweils eine Tasse. Wir sind aber leidenschaftliche Frühstückskaffeetrinker. Letzteres sind sicher Kleinigkeiten die ganz schnell behoben werden können. Wer mit Hundegebell kein Problem hat, ist dieses Schmuckstück für 6 Personen sehr zu empfehlen.
