"Calmness, minimal noise, great food and drink. Great surroundings for walks"

"This hotel is located 5min by foot to the beach, where we were able to see beautiful sunsets everyday. I love the spa and the swimming pool that they have. They also have a tennis court but I didn’t have the chance to use this time. Every staff we encountered during our stay was kind and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future !"

"This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous! Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite. Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special. Great pool area too. If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!"

"The hotel was really lovely. Very spacious rooms. Staff were super helpful. Pools need heating at this time of year but after the initial shock they were ok once you were in and kept moving! Roof top bar was lovely. Really nice local Italian five mins walk away called Il Borgo. There was also a nice beach restaurant accesible out of the back of the hotel down a boardwalk but it closed at 6. Local beach also lovely. We had a lovely lunch there. Car not needed if you just want to stay at the...

"Overall, I had a good stay at Aqua Pedra dos Bicos. The hotel was comfortable, the location worked well for our trip, and the staff I interacted with were generally friendly and professional. The main issue that affected my experience was being contacted twice regarding noise complaints from my room. I fully understood and accepted the first complaint, as we had been on the louder side that evening, apologized, and made a point to keep the noise down afterward. The second complaint was more...

"tranquillo, non lontano dalla spiaggia, grande parcheggio, bella piscina, buona colazione, non nuovissimo ma ben tenuto"

"Absolutely beautiful property! Deserta suite was beautiful and spacious! Views were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid for suite with breakfast included and it was well worth it…so many delicious options. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, maybe 4 or 5 walkable, but local taxis are very reasonable (Uber is also significantly less than in US) and easy to get quickly. Lovely, quiet, relaxing area."

"Beach view was awesome."

"Definitely not a 5 star hotel, the room was lovely and spacious, food was ok but very similar everyday. Staff were so miserable especially in the restaurant never any cups or glasses available. We were all inclusive but when we got there, there was also an elite package which we didn’t know about so we were not able to get all drinks on all inclusive. Drinks available were still ok. Pool was nice and clean, pool area was clean. Disappointed that you have to pay to use the indoor pool as we had...

"This is truly a beautiful resort, immaculately clean and well kept. The two bedroom apartments are lovely with large bedrooms and ours had a very well appointed kitchen, and dining area as well as a lounge with Sofa Bed. It had a very large balcony area but sadly although there was 5 of us staying in the room there was only 1 small coffee table and 2 chairs on the balcony, which was slightly disappointing. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, we never waited too long to be seated and...

"Sehr gutes Frühstück."

"This is not a 4 star hotel. Looks very smart from the outside and the pool and athletics track are decent. The room I was staying in , however , was from the 70s and in desperate need of updating.....smell was not fresh and very disappointing."

"Excellent location and good value for three star. Scrupulous clean and extremely quiet. The lift didn't work on our check out so had to take two flights of stairs with heavy bags but staff apologised. Pool on rooftop with view of the sea."

"Well staff helpful nice breakfast nice location hotel is nice for a long weekend not for a holiday pool area small ."
