"Im nicely surprised by the size of the room. We are traveling with two daughters in their 20s and it’s so nice that their two twin pullout sofa beds are in the living room and we have a separate room. Everything is so crisply laundered and ironed and the bed and pillow are super comfortable. If you didn’t book the room with breakfast downstairs it will cost 18 euros it worths it though plenty of fruits and freshly squeezed juices. The hotel is 8m walk to Marques de Pomball and 5m walk to SIXT car rental and there is parking on site for 12 euros a day"

"The hotel is discretely located just off the main avenue. The staff were nice when we arrived just after midnight. We checked in and parked the car outside paying with coins. I took advantage of underground parking during the day and overnight on the second night. It was €10. The room was modern and thoughtfully designed. It was compact but the light switches and usb plugs were built into the night table next to the bed. Good location within a n easy walk to the Baixa, Alfama and Bairro Alto. Excellent value for anyone who needs a good night's sleep so they can enjoy exploring the city."

"Bohemian, artsy, inclusive, stylized. As I shared pictures with friends, they wanted to know the name and address of the Jam Hotel to put it on their bucket list. Omg!!! The bacon and onion pizza at the rooftop pool and bar was perfect!!! I wish we stayed longer "

"I stayed for three nights while on a research trip for a local university. The hotel had everything I needed—good Wi-Fi, a clean room, and a nice breakfast. Having free access to tea and coffee was great. Perhaps more cold drinks would have been good, but that is a very minor point. Local shops were good."
