"The hotel is conveniently located near the Lisbon Airport. The surroundings are not the prettiest (abandoned building across the street), but everything is nearby. The check-in was fast; the room had 2 beds (1 queen/1 twin) as advertised, so we were very pleased. The free garage is VERY convenient and a BIG bonus! "

"Great 3 night stay at the Eurostars Universal. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Hotels was modern and very clean and well maintained. The only criticism (and its a small one) is the desk in the room is quite small. So if you're there for business it can be a bit cramped to work from the desk. However there are cafes and public spaces that work very well. Wifi was fast and easy to connect."
