"The stay wasn’t expensive and you get what you paid for , the walls are paper thin and the tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and quite dangerous bare foot , the toilet didn’t flush but they came and made it better after we mentioned it"

"Bathroom could do with a touch of renovation and the drainage needed attention. Other than that rest of room was immaculate, roomy and comfortable. Staff where great, helpful and informative. Onsite parking was a huge bonus, would definitely stay again. Very close to city shopping, castle and the playhouse, literally 10 minutes walk."

"The first room we were given smelt terrible, largely because of the stains on the carpet where someone had been sick. Second room was slightly better but still had a strange smell from the dirty carpet. Room was incredibly dull and depressing, very outdated with a cheap plastic shower pod, faded furniture, peeling laminate and limited facilities. The only good points about the stay were the central location and a good breakfast. Not cheap and not cheerful."
