"Lovely clean room with a nice bathroom. Perfect for a short stay. Came with tea/coffee, a television and free WI-FI. No mini fridge. We didn't need one so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of hot food and a continental breakfast. No road noise or unusual bumps in the night so had a wonderful, peaceful sleep. Useful parking at the rear of hotel and easy access to the town of Thirsk. Overall a lovely stay. Lovely staff. Lovely food and a lovely part of the world. "

"Room was clean & with lovely furnishings. Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful. Good choice for breakfast, eggs royale was lovely. Our dogs were welcomed & catered for. Some lovely sitting areas with comfy seats. A lovely place to stay with good amenities. Recommended."
