"We received a really warm welcome with complimentary tea and cake. There was free reserved parking. It was a very pretty room with outdoor seating and a lovely breakfast. All the communal spaces are very tastefully designed. Would definitely return."
"Great studio style room with space to sit and dine. Excellent kitchen facilities for a longer stay if needed. Fabulous breakfast delivered with warm and fresh bread and pastries as well as fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and condiments. Really well done."
"Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed."
"Elizabeth and Martin were perfect hosts and nothing too much trouble. The location was perfect for us and near great restaurants and pubs beside river.
Breakfasts cooked to order and perfection...even the poached eggs just right. Nice courtyard in back with gazebo seating and lots of flowers.
We were there on hottest weekend of year so bedroom very hot but nothing could have been done about it...ag least windows opened and was a large ceiling fan in room. Would have preferred king bed but knew...

Situé à une cinquantaine de milles de Stonehenge nous trouvions l’endroit parfait pour y faire un aller-retour tout en restant près de la côte pour continuer notre voyage. Nos 2 nuits à cet endroit ont été parfaites."
"Great little guest house. We had a top floor room for 3, and everything was in the room. Only issue was that the double bed was Farr too soft and uncomfortable, causing my wife and I to roll together in the middle whenever we moved. Breakfast was continental, served in room and was good. "
