Es Clot is one of the finest and most welcoming beachfront houses of North Mallorca. Enjoying a truly unique position right on the water's edge and close to Alcudia, Es Clot can sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Thanks to its spacious, furnished terraces (at the front, side, as well as rear) the villa enjoys unlimited views to the sea providing a truly scenic setting both at day and night. All the ingredients for a holiday to remember!

Inside, the villa is divided into a main house and a self-contained studio, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, rented as a whole private holiday home for up to 8 guests. The main house has a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (one with its own en-suite bathroom) as well as an additional family bathroom. The separate studio, with its own entrance, has lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. The whole property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).

Outside, with the sea literally at your doorstep, this holiday home is a true delight! There are spacious terraces furnished with sunbeds, tables, chairs as well as barbecue for delicious al-fresco meals. The views are to die for, and the turquoise color of the sea will amaze you!

Great Alcudia Property

This was a beautiful property located a short 10 minute walk to the town centre. Nice public beach area in front with calm water. Lots of great outdoor living space and plenty of room with the additional fourth bedroom and extra living area

Fantastic stay in a beautiful seafront villa!

After a last minute booking mix-up the rental company went out of their way to provide an upgraded villa for the same price. It turned out to be a blessing as this property was incredible - stunning seafront access, amazing views, large and spacious and wonderful facilities. We cannot praise the company more highly. And we would recommend this beautiful villa without hesitation.
