Villa Ca na Xaneta for 10 people

This spacious detached country house is conveniently located mid-way between Alcudia old town and of Port Alcudia with its sandy beach, marina, shops and restaurants. The tranquil country setting is ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday with good privacy. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, dining room, separate kitchen, two double beds, one with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a separate shower room and a shower room. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with a private ensuite shower room. The exterior offers spacious poolside terraces and next to the dining area there is a built in BBQ. Lawns and mature gardens surround the pool area with sun beds and a parasol provided to soak up the sun. The villa has an orchard with Oranges and Lemons so help yourself to fresh fruit! There is an outside shower, toilet and off road parking available.

The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

house was clean, we had a small problem during our stay but its was fixed really fast, pool also was cleaned during our stay. Nice place for big group, there is 4 bathrooms at the property

Our overall experience staying here was very positive and we would recommend staying here

The pool is lovely, and the orchard was such a unique plus for the villa. We had figs, oranges, lemons/limes and pomegranates on tap! The hosts were very quick to respond to queries on messenger, and provided all the information we needed before we arrived. The cleaners were very accommodating, letting us in early whilst they finished cleaning which was an amazing start to our stay.

The perfect family holiday

We decided not to hire a car because there was too many of us. We found the villa was exactly as advertised, only a 20 minutes stroll to beautiful old town Alcudia and a 10 min stroll to a large Mercadona stocked full of amazing produce that we cooked on the BBQ at the villa whilst the kids wam in the large pool. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was loads of space for us all, plenty of bathrooms and a huge living room for us all to enjoy. It was quiet enough for us to feel we were in the countryside with gorgeous views of mountains, whilst close enough to the town to not be difficult to catch a bus or taxi to anywhere we wanted. The public transport here is excellent so don't let not hiring a car put you off. I know sealandvillas also hire out cars and I found all dealings I had with them so easy and friendly so this is another option. I honestly couldn't recommend this villa enough. We had the best holiday we've ever had, and I would like to thank all the staff and the owner for making that happen for us. Nothing, there is nothing I would change and I honestly couldn't find fault with anything

Schöne, zentrale, ruhige Lage der Finca. Leider fehlt es an vielen kleinen Details was die Ausstattung betrifft. Haken im Bad ,Poolhandtücher, Sitzauflagen außen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eigentlich nur für 8 Personen geeignet, da ein Doppelzimmer innen liegend ist, ohne Außenfenster. Belüftung.. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt, die Glaskanne der Kaffeemaschine gerissen, Toilettenbürsten ohne Worte. Optisch OK, es wäre möglich die Finca mit wenig Aufwand deutlich zu verbessern. Für diesen Preis haben wir schon deutlich komfortabler gewohnt.

Die schöne , gepflegte Villa liegt bisschen abgelegen von Alcúdia.

Mobilität wäre empfehlenswert für Einkäufe und Müllentsorgung .Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand von Porto Alcúdia ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Gepflegter Garten mit schönem Pool. Wir waren zu 9. in der Villa und hatten genügend Platz. 5 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten und 4 Badezimmern. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Mooi gelegen ruim huis met groot zwembad op 2 km lopen naar het strand en 1,5 km naar het dorp.

Met mooi weer heerlijk verblijf gehad. Jammer dat de afwasmachine niet te gebruiken was door het zeer hoge kalkpercentage in het water. Zelf afwassen met een prachtig uitzicht was geen probleem. Heerlijke ruime plek.
