"The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!"

"Being inside the old town was a big plus for us. It was walkable to great restaurants, a quick drive to Alcudia beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful!"

"We had such a great holiday and Bonavida Pines, which was one of two properties. This one had a pool but set back from the beach by about 50 metres. This was definitely not a problem as we got to use the beach from property (Palms) whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and reception and staff so very helpful. It felt very private which was also a plus. Blanca at the reception and bar was great and sorted out our airport transfer last minute. I’d highly recommend this place because the location and apartment itself were exceptional. "

Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect. All in all a great location for a family holiday, that good we are thinking of returning next year!"

The hotel itself is super family-friendly with entertainment and activities for all ages. From kids’ programs to evening shows and wellness options for adults, there’s always something to do. The food was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. What truly stood out was the staff — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made us feel at home. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of spaces available, which made getting around the island even easier. Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation in Alcúdia! "
