Finca Toni is a cozy country house with a large private pool and barbecue area, located in Alcudia, in a quiet area just a few minutes' drive from the village and the crystal-clear beach of Alcudia - an unbeatable location.

The beautiful outdoor area offers a large pool of 9.5m x 4.5m where you can refresh yourself, surrounded by 6 sun loungers with respective towels for your comfort. Enjoy outdoor dining at the dining table on the terrace in good company. For barbecue enthusiasts, there is an outdoor grill on the furnished terrace for 6 people, where you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures of summer nights on the island.

The house can accommodate 6 people and is spread over two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a dining area with an indoor table and chairs for 6 people and a separate TV room. There are 3 lovely bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also a portable fan for another bedroom.

The property has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub on the first floor and one with a shower on the ground floor of the house.

An ideal location surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from the village of Alcudia, known for its special walls and its entertainment district, where you can find typical restaurants and charming shops. It is also just 2.6 km from the spectacular white sandy beach with crystal-clear water, which stretches over a length of more than 7 km.

Generous House and groomed Garden Salt, Pepper and Sugar were missing in the Kitchen. Toaster and Coffee- Mashine shout be renewed.

My family had a great holiday at villa olivera. Toni the owner who comes to clean the pool is a good guy, he helped us out on a couple of occasions with small requests. Villa was nice and clean, small kitchen but adequate for the amount of time we were in there. Lounge had air con which was good when it was hot outside. TVs only had Spanish channels but we brought an Amazon firestick to watch Netflix,Amazon prime. 2 double bedrooms had air con but the twin room did not - we requested a large fan which toni brought the next day. The mattress on the bed in the downstairs bedroom was very hard and gave a few aches and pains !!!! The pool area was stunning, lovely clean pool,loungers,parasols, trampoline and sandpit for the kids. There is also a table and chairs outside to sit and relax and have dinner and drinks. We requested a food shop for our arrival and it was all there for us when we arrived which saved us a lot of hassle. The location of the villa was perfect for us as we enjoy a walk. Very quiet and peaceful. It took us 15 minutes to get to old town Alcudia and probably 25/30 to get to the port/strip.The property managers IPM who were our first point of contact were good to deal with. Overall everyone had a great relaxing holiday thanks

Sehr schön gelegene Finca.Pool wurde 2 x die Woche gereinigt sehr sauber. Wir mussten uns leider Handtücher zusammen suchen lagen leider nicht im Bad. Auch Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher mussten wir suchen. Ein Bettwäsche Wechsel 1 x in 14 Tagen wäre auch schön gewesen. Sonst aber eine saubere schöne Finca .

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer schönen Finca. Haus, Garten und Pool waren sehr schön. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch sind Alcudia, die Strände und alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht schnell zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer Toni kommt regelmäßig vorbei und kümmert sich um Pool und Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es könnten Mückennetze an den Fenstern angebracht werden.

Man ist ungestört, trotzdem schnell zu Fuß in Alcudia-Altstadt und Alcúdia Hafen. Mit kleinen Accessoires und liebe eingerichtet. Der Zitronenbaum im Garten ist der absolute Hammer. Die Schränke müffeln etwas, könnte man vor Anreise offen lassen. Polster für die Stühle am Gartentisch. Messer schleifen lassen

Tolle Finca mit einem Pool zum Genießen. Super sauber und ein exEinzig zellenter Service bei Fragen. Einzig anzumerken , Mückengitter vor den Fenstern wäre schön.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal hier, das Haus hat für uns gut gepasst, die Küche war diesmal neu und klasse eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wunderbar zum abkühlen und Strände, die Altstadt von Alcudia und Läden sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Ausstattung super Service super Ansonsten ist das Grundstück, das Haus der Garten echt toll. Und besonders hervorragend fanden wir den Service vom Besitzer Als wir ankommen sind, stand Wasser, Apfelsaft, Butter, Frischkäse, Konfitüre und Milch im Kühlschrank Das ist etwas was wir als absolutes Highlight empfunden haben. Mega gastfreundlich und zu tausend Prozent weiter zu empfehlen. Pool ist zu kalt aber dafür kann der Besitzer ja nix

Wir hatten einen Klasse Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Finca. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ist Top Ausgestattet. Einzig die vielen Mücken in der Reisezeit wären ein bisschen lästig. Alles in allem hat es uns aber super gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Der Urlaub war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Finca entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage auf Mallorca. Das war nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir da waren. Mit bestem Dank an den Hauseigentümer und an alle Beteiligten.

Schönes mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Haus, sehr sauber! Großes Grundstück mit Pool, Trampolin und Sandkasten für die Kinder. Wir haben uns auch sehr über das Essenspaket am Anfang gefreut, da wir spät angereist sind! Alles toll und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super gelegen, liebevoll ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Der Kühlschrank ist mit dem Nötigsten bestückt, das ist sehr hilfreich. Super ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral. Anfang April war es noch recht kühl, da wäre etwas Brennholz vor Ort ganz nett gewesen. Ist an der Tankstelle mächtig teuer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr netter Besitzer, der zum regelmässigen Poolsäubern selbst vorbeikommt Der Besitzer begrüsst die neuen Urlauber mit einem Essenpaket, was für den ersten Tag ausreicht sowie zwei Flaschen Wasser. Das ist für mich sehr zuvorkommend. Die Abrechnung für die Kaution der Klimaanlage hat hervorragend funktioniert.
