  • Finca Toni is a cozy country house with a large private pool and barbecue area, located in Alcudia, in a quiet area just a few minutes by car from the town and the crystal-clear waters of Alcudia beach, an unbeatable location.



    The beautiful outdoor area offers a large swimming pool of 9.5 x 4.5 m where you can cool off, surrounded by 6 sun loungers with their respective towels for your comfort. Enjoy an outdoor dinner at the dining table on the terrace in good company. For barbecue lovers, there is an outdoor grill on the furnished terrace for 6 people, where they can enjoy the pleasant temperatures of summer nights on the island.



    The house has capacity for 6 people and is distributed over two floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a dining room with an indoor table and chairs for 6 people, and a separate TV room. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also a portable fan for another bedroom.

We were generally happy with the property

Especially the beautiful pool and garden area, which made our stay really relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking easy. The house is in a quiet area where you need a car to get around, but that was what we were looking for. Overall, we had a good!

Really excellent family villa in the perfect location.

Spacious and comfortable, great outside area and pool was the perfect size for us. The location is almost perfect, short walk to Alcudia, easy to access Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca. Spotlessly clean. The one bedroom without air conditioning was very hot and uncomfortable at night. There were a few ants in and around the kitchen.

2 week stay at Villa Olivera (Toni) Alcudia

My family had a great holiday at villa olivera. Toni the owner who comes to clean the pool is a good guy, he helped us out on a couple of occasions with small requests. Villa was nice and clean, small kitchen but adequate for the amount of time we were in there. Lounge had air con which was good when it was hot outside. TVs only had Spanish channels but we brought an Amazon firestick to watch Netflix,Amazon prime. 2 double bedrooms had air con but the twin room did not - we requested a large fan which toni brought the next day. The mattress on the bed in the downstairs bedroom was very hard and gave a few aches and pains !!!! The pool area was stunning, lovely clean pool,loungers,parasols, trampoline and sandpit for the kids. There is also a table and chairs outside to sit and relax and have dinner and drinks. We requested a food shop for our arrival and it was all there for us when we arrived which saved us a lot of hassle. The location of the villa was perfect for us as we enjoy a walk. Very quiet and peaceful. It took us 15 minutes to get to old town Alcudia and probably 25/30 to get to the port/strip.The property managers IPM who were our first point of contact were good to deal with. Overall everyone had a great relaxing holiday thanks

Het huis staat op een fijne plek in Mallorca waar genoeg te doen is voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Het huis was heel schoon toen we aankwamen en erg ruimtelijk en licht. De tuin is heerlijk met een fijn verkoelend zwembad. Er waren voldoende handdoeken aanwezig.

Finca-Urlaub

Wir haben uns dort in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt, schön angelegt, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Garten und Pool sind mehrfach betreut worden. Die Finca liegt sehr gut, schön ruhig und schnell zum nächsten Eroski, nach Alcúdia und zum schönen Muro-Strand. Einzig die Mücken sind eine Plage… Aber das kennt man ja und ist leider nicht zu ändern! Ein Staubsauger wäre nicht schlecht und man könnte mal nach dem Grill schauen.

Idyllische gelegene Finca

Sehr schön gelegene Finca.Pool wurde 2 x die Woche gereinigt sehr sauber. Wir mussten uns leider Handtücher zusammen suchen lagen leider nicht im Bad. Auch Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher mussten wir suchen. Ein Bettwäsche Wechsel 1 x in 14 Tagen wäre auch schön gewesen. Sonst aber eine saubere schöne Finca .

wunderbares Haus

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer schönen Finca. Haus, Garten und Pool waren sehr schön. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch sind Alcudia, die Strände und alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht schnell zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer Toni kommt regelmäßig vorbei und kümmert sich um Pool und Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es könnten Mückennetze an den Fenstern angebracht werden.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances!

La maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Nous étions 6 adultes (3 couples) , alors il était un peu difficile de départager…la chambre avec les 2 lits single (à rapprocher cependant) est très petite et pas climatisée…. Faut dès lors trouver une solution, que nous avons trouvée en intégrant le salon, possédant une salle de bains juste à côté - la piscine est belle et soignée, attention cependant aux moustiques! Emmenez vos produits anti-moustiques!

Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles wie beschrieben und mehr: der Zitronenbaum im Garten war voller super saftiger Früchte, ein Traum! Absolute Empfehlung!

Tolle Finca mit Scharm

Man ist ungestört, trotzdem schnell zu Fuß in Alcudia-Altstadt und Alcúdia Hafen. Mit kleinen Accessoires und liebe eingerichtet. Der Zitronenbaum im Garten ist der absolute Hammer. Die Schränke müffeln etwas, könnte man vor Anreise offen lassen. Polster für die Stühle am Gartentisch. Messer schleifen lassen

Super schöne Finca. Top Kommunikation und reibungsloser Ablauf. Die Lage ist super schön. Alcudia ist in 10-15 min zu fuß zu erreichen. Hatte dort mit Freunden eine sehr schöne Woche.

Schöne Finca nahe Alcudia

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal hier, das Haus hat für uns gut gepasst, die Küche war diesmal neu und klasse eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wunderbar zum abkühlen und Strände, die Altstadt von Alcudia und Läden sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Ausstattung super Service super Ansonsten ist das Grundstück, das Haus der Garten echt toll. Und besonders hervorragend fanden wir den Service vom Besitzer Als wir ankommen sind, stand Wasser, Apfelsaft, Butter, Frischkäse, Konfitüre und Milch im Kühlschrank Das ist etwas was wir als absolutes Highlight empfunden haben. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen Klasse Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Finca. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und ist Top Ausgestattet. Einzig die vielen Mücken in der Reisezeit wären ein bisschen lästig. Alles in allem hat es uns aber super gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
