The S'Albufera natural park is just 8 km away, and the Sa Pobla train station is 12 km away. Palma airport (Son Sant Joan) is located 57 km away.The villa has a spacious garden with a fenced area, outdoor furniture, a 30 m² terrace, barbecue, balcony, private swimming pool and parking within the property.
