Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites - Adult Only

"My friend and I had a five-night stay here and were absolutely blown away. We originally booked a standard room but were later upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely perfect. That being said, I’m sure we would have had an equally fantastic stay in our originally booked room. We spent most of our days by the pool, and every day was so pleasant. The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly Carmen, who we became very friendly with during our stay. She was so lovely and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for local food spots. Our room was beautiful and cleaned immaculately every day. We also had lunch by the pool on two occasions and were really impressed with the food. We are genuinely so sad to be home and would absolutely love to return in the future. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"The hotel was gorgeous. I have never been to a hotel so clean. The staff work constantly to keep up the very high standards. The pool area (2 pools) were lovely to cool off as was very hot. Gorgeous views from the pool looking onto the lake. Easy to get around - bus 324 arrives every 10 minutes (just around the corner) and takes you to Port D’Alcudia and Old Town. Food around the hotel was not great, however the Indian restaurant (Delhi Haveli) near the hotel was really tasty. You should also go for Tapas at Merlet at Old Town, a family run restaurant- their Tapas were Amazing the best we had. The room was lovely but there is one door for both the shower and the toilet so could only use one at a time and was not that private - we managed though and hubby just went onto the balcony when I needed to use the toilet, however this may be an issue for some. My hubby used the hotel gym and he says it was really good. At checkout you could put your suitcases into a locked room and we were given a card to use the showers in the gym at no cost. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great value for money, staff is lovely and helpful, particularly Jose at the restaurant is amazing always make our family smile. Food is great, a bit too much of fried but good, great fresh fruits variety, kids ate churros every day, pool is really nice. Only thing that could improve in entertainment during the day."

"We picked this hotel because of it's position between the beach and the strip. The position was perfect, right in the heart of the area but not loud. The hotel itself was immaculate, the food was great and the staff were amazing. Allowed in before check in time, always helpful. The hotel was quiet and the entertainment was poorly attended but this was because of the excellent site it was in with so much going on you didn't need entertainment. Pool area so relaxed and could get a bed any time of the day."

"Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the whole complex was clean, tidy and well maintained. Decorated to a high standard with fantastic decor. Pool was excellent hotel was close to lots of shops and restaurants. We will definitely book here again. 😊"

"I booked this hotel without realising just how much entertainment and activities were included and it completely exceeded our expectations. The Woogy Club team and everyone working behind the scenes made my daughter holiday so special. She now can’t imagine going anywhere else for a holiday! The shows were absolutely amazing, and we’re genuinely gutted that we’ll miss The Lion King musical before we leave, although I have no doubt it would have been more fun than the West End version! The whole team were so lovely, funny and always happy to help with anything we needed. The cleaning staff were also incredibly kind, and I even had a lovely birthday surprise when a member of staff knocked on my door with a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. This hotel is so much more than just a place to stay, it’s the people who make it truly special. Everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. We couldn’t have been happier with our week at Alcudia Garden. Thank you all for the amazing entertainment, facilities, and unforgettable memories!"
