Apartamento Blue Carabela

Beautiful two bedroom apartment situated on the seafront and very close to the marina of Puerto de Alcudia.
If you are looking for an apartment with direct access to the beach, as well as proximity to Puerto de Alcudia with all its shopping and leisure facilities, the Blue Carabela Apartment is the right choice for you. Due to its beachfront location it benefits from a light sea breeze that cools you on hot summer days.
The apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, the apartment has a sofa bed measuring 150x190 cm, with room for two people.
The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. It has a bright living/dining room with comfortable furniture and Smart-TV. The kitchen is open and fully equipped to make wonderful meals while contemplating the Mediterranean Sea.
From the living room you can reach the spacious terrace with dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in the open air. As a guest at Blue Carabela Apartment you have access to the shared private swimming pool with sun loungers reserved exclusively for the residents of this building.
Note 1. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. There are three small outside steps and three inside steps to access the apartment.
Note 2. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guest from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 3. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 4. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 5. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 6. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Note 7. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Fantastic!!!

Staying here was such a nice thing. The location is great, the beaches and markets you have just by hand,when you want to have a nice walk in a beautiful scenery of the island - on foot. Apartment is fully equiped and the company is super comunicative and helpful.

Very clean villa in an excellent location

Everything was perfect. We felt so comfortable at the house, everything was even nicer than written in the advertisment, the house was really beautiful and so clean - it felt like coming home. It was a pleasure, especially because Joan is so friendly and caring. He was helpful at any time and answered always immediately - thanks especially to Joan!-It had everything we needed for a family holiday. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location, great property

Property on the beach front in the heart of Port D’Alcudia. Modern apartment with great sea views. Only issues were lack of parking at the apartment and maybe a bit more detail on using the appliances at handover. Slight issue with shower seal that wasn’t fully resolved. Overall a superb stay and wonder consider re:booking next year

Lovely place with super ocean view

We had a nice stay with our 2 year old son. The communication with the host was very easy. Nice, spaceous apartment. Modern and clean. Very close to some bars and restaurants. But when you close the windows, you will hear almost nothing. Recommend this place when you want to be close to everything, shops, restaurants, the beach, taxi and bus stops. Everything was close. Also the swimming pool is a nice place to hang out. As a young family we had a super stay here!

Good location and very helpful property manager. The apartment presents it self as quite worn out and in need of an upgrade. The aircon is there - but requires earplugs when sleeping. The furniture are old and mis-colored. The door handle in one of the bedrooms got stuck.

Nice view from the room. In the middle of everything, but because of that very busy and noisy. The appartment is small, okay for 4 but I won’t recommend it for 6 people. The cleaning could use some extra attention (there was mold in one shower). The advertisement suggests a nice garden which is there, but you can’t get in there nor use it.

Atemberaubende Lage am Meer

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in exzellenter Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Kinder liebten die Nähe zum Strand und verbrachten viel Zeit im Pool des Hauses. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Nous avons loué cet appartement via Abritel La propreté était parfaite , deux chambres et deux salles de bains dans lesquelles des rangements seraient nécessaires L’emplacement est parfait à proximité des bus, commerces et supermarchés et à 50 mètres de la place avec une superbe vue du balcon La climatisation fonctionne relativement bien et l’électricité n’étant pas comprise , il faut l’utiliser avec modération Globalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Dejlig ferie i Alcudia

Vi boede dejligt og med udsigt til den skønne strand. Lejligheden (stuelejlighed) var som forventet, udfra Vrbo's beskrivelse, fint indrettet og med en dejlig terrasse. Poolområdet var også i top. Beliggenheden var perfekt - dog med lidt larm fra nærliggende barer om aftenen. Vi vender gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la plage, parfait pour les enfants ! Commerces à proximité/parking pas loin. Les conseils et la gentillesse de Pedro. La flexibilité sur l'horaire arrivée/sortie (en fonction des possibilités bien sur) mais très agréable avec un enfant en bas âge. Avec plaisir nous gardons l'adresse en mémoire pour une prochaine venue à Majorque . Une casserole plus petite peut être dans les placards ? Sinon , il n'y a rien à redire.

In the heart of Port Alcudia

Overall had a great stay, the location is great, everything on your doorstep, the beach, restaurants, marina, the pool, shops. Few little niggles like no parasols for shade at the pool or on the balcony. That shower still hasn't been fixed despite many mentions in reviews! All in all though-pretty good.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand; die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Die Lage direkt am Strand / Hafen in Port d'Alcudia ist top! Hinweis: Wir waren im März dort und es war relativ kühl. Die installierten Klimageräte haben die Wohnung gut aufgeheizt, aber es ist sehr fußkalt gewesen.

Magnifico apartamento en primera línea Puerto de Alcudia.

Totalmente reformado, cómodo y práctico , súper bien situado, con muy buenas vistas y en pleno centro. Joan estaba esperándonos a la llegada y nos explico todo con detalle.

Alcudia stay

The apartment was perfect - we werea party of 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Very clean and modern, brilliant location close to the port area and the beach. We spent most of our time at the beach but my children also enjoyed using the pool, which was a bonus. We appreciated being able to go straight to the apartment and being met there to check-in. The only small issue as had was that the seal on the second shower door was broken, it kept coming off which meant the water kept coming out of the shower. So we couldn't use this shower, which wasn't a huge problem but I would recommend getting this fixed soon as the 2 bathrooms were a big part of the draw for us. But overall, a great holiday and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous apartment in great location

This apartment was perfect for me and my family - we had a toddler and a baby and the apartment facilities and cleanliness were both first class. The apartment is in a very central and busy location so is ideal for families who want everything ontheir doorstep.

Love the apartment and the area.

We allready miss the apartment and Alcudia. We had a lovely stay. One day we where out of water because of a pipe outside that burst, but got super help, so this turned out fine. One thing to put in the apartment is a hairdryer and a beach parasol. But everything else was there. The kitchen lacks nothing. Washing machine was great to have, too. Thanks for everything and we hope to come back again someday.
