SUN OF THE BAY 1B is an exclusive holiday apartment with sea views and direct access to the Pinos beach in the paradisiacal Alcudia Bay. It is part of a complex of six identical apartments, distributed in two blocks, designed to offer maximum comfort and tranquility.

This beautiful ground-floor apartment, recently renovated, features a charming private garden and an unbeatable location to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and the natural beauty of the area. It is the perfect place for families with children, combining the convenience of being by the beach with a wide variety of attractions and activities for all ages.

Layout and Spaces

Upon entering the property, you can access it either through the main entrance from the street or through the garden and terrace. The terrace, fully furnished with a cozy outdoor dining area, is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while taking in the views. From here, you access a bright living-dining room, ideal for family moments or relaxing while watching satellite TV from the sofa.

The apartment has two double bedrooms with a capacity for up to four people:

Great location but lacks comfort

The beach is within walking distance and can be seen from the deck, which is what made this a great location, but we were disappointed by the condo itself. The kitchen had almost nothing to cook with—we had to buy our own bottle opener—and the beds were very uncomfortable. Despite the nice deck, the lounge furniture was tired and uncomfortable and the layout inside was such that it made it uncomfortable to sit and hang out. Also, it’s right next to a restaurant that blares loud music every night from 8-midnight.
