Oiza Garden (Bahia Blanca) is a fantastic apartment on the longest beach of Mallorca (10 km) of fine white sand and clear turquoise waters. The apartment complex is housed in the White City by the famous architect Saenz de Oíza. So Oiza Garden sum the privilege of enjoying a home designed by the most influential Spanish architect of the second half of the twentieth diglo the most spectacular beach north of the island.

Oiza Garden apartment on the ground floor has direct access to the beach from the garden, which is a real privilege. Oiza Beach has a full equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed 135 x 190 cm, one single 90 x 190 cm and two sofa beds and a bathroom with tub and shower and a fantastic and amazing terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of the Mediterranean.

Oiza Garden is housed in the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca resort that features a water playground where the fun for the little ones is guaranteed: specially designed for children's entertainment, has several attractions such as slides in the pool (including a baby) water jets, and a chill-out so you can relax without losing sight of the little ones while having great area.

IMPORTANT: The hotel is closed from November 1st until April 24th. Therefore the pools will also be closed during that period.

The apartment is located in the best area of ​​Puerto Alcudia with all amenities for the best entertainment available.

fantastic location!

Very good location, near everything but not too busy. I would advise the owner to take care of 3 things to make this even better. First of all the boiler that only allows 1 shower of 8 minutes for the entire apartment. After that it needs quite some time to heat another portion of water, so showering takes some planning if you are in a group. Secondly the illumination is , well, Spanish, i.e. not very romantic. 3 extremely harsh lights in the living room and kitchen. Thirdly the mattresses are of the spring version, and quite old. Relatively simple things to make this 5 star!

Perfect location, very clean and hassle free

Very nice apartment just 1 minute from the most beautiful beach. It’s the perfect location for a beach holiday or base for exploring the rest of the island. The apartment is of older character but nicely maintained, well equipped and spotless clean. We had an amazing week and would go back without a doubt. We were a bit confused with the payment of the remaining amount since it stated that the money would be charged 1 month prior to our stay. So information about the procedure would be useful. Besides this all communication was smooth and fast and all our questions answered.

Amazing holiday stay

Location is just great appt equipment very old and not hygienic friendly no sea view bedroom window making terrible noise especially in the night small and not very good apt room setup if you plan to go more than 2 people lots of mosquitos value for money - definitely would not recommend

EXCELENTE UBICACION Y SERVICIOS

Lo que mejor estaba es todo lo referente a salón y cocina. Muy bien equipado y amplio. La ubicación excelente. y sobre todo que aceptan mascotas, algo muy importante hoy ya mucha gente viaja con ellas. La habitación es muy pequeñita. realmente una 4ª persona no se donde podría dormir. y estaría bien poner un set antimosquitos!!!
